Hello dear friends!! Those are strange times. We will have to adapt to the weather and community policies, but we have full intention to finally meet and have a first class!! If you do not have any symptoms of illness and feel safe to do so, and Calgary policies are open for that date, please you are welcome to join us! Hm... as figures, Calgary is not opened for touching yet... we can gather in groups up to 15 people but we have to keep our distance. So unfortunately we are obligated to postpone our class. So far we are looking now at somewhere mid-June... Let's wait until we are allowed to meet, as much as it it is frustrating... Hopefully we will see you all soon!! We will let you know ASAP, in a mean time please get in touch with me if you are interested!

Part of our training is along with Ki Principles to practice "Ki breathing" exercises. Koichi Tohei sensei wrote a new book, "Ki breathing (Ki no Kokyuho)" in Japanese on March 2005. Koichi Tohei had been teaching Ki breathing all over the world beginning with Japan, U.S.A., Europe, Russia, Asia, Australia etc. Excerpt from the book:... "This breathing method will carry fresh oxygen throughout your whole body. If you do Ki breathing correctly, it will help you to overcome any kind of illness naturally. Most modern diseases are caused by lack of oxygen in the cell. Ki breathing methods come from an old Shinto breathing called Misogi no Kokyuho "Nagayo no den". (Misogi breathing). Ki breathing is based on the oneness of mind and body, and to breathe naturally. .... It is difficult to study anything by oneself. If you study with your friends and encourage each other, you will be able to continue studying Ki principles. Therefore, I hope you will study Ki breathing with your companion and/or friends and continue the Ki breathing everyday. It is my great pleasure to teach Ki Breathing to people and help them to stay healthy. Many people practice Ki breathing and they have proven the effectiveness of Ki breathing.
