Did you know we have a YouTube page where we collect our speeches? It's entertaining to rewatch speeches, allows members who could not attend a meeting to watch their fellow members' accomplishments, and gives guests a taste of our club. Perhaps most importantly, is it's a fantastic learning tool for the speaker. A video recording allows speakers to see what they excelled at and where they can improve. . Evaluations! They are a crucial part of every Toastmaster meeting, and our member Rich gives an excellent description of why.

We are beaming with pride as our VP of Education is featured by District 42 for creating a New Member Boot Camp! 'Alisen Dopf experienced information overload when she joined Toastmasters. As a new member she relied on in-person meetings to learn about Toastmasters. However, when the pandemic hit, it became a challenge to transition from in-person to online meetings. Alisen realized her situation was not unique. As a result she decided to create the New Member Boot Camp.' Th...e Boot Camp allowed new members to connect with each other while learning about the different meeting roles, Pathways and effectively participating in Zoom meetings. All those who attended found it very valuable and are feeling much more confident on their Toastmasters journey. We hope other clubs can also benefit by providing a similar training session. We had an extraordinary meeting this week as we inducted 6 new members. We are so excited for our club to be growing and can't wait to witness their growth.

We are so proud of our members who continue to achieve their goals as they work through their chosen Pathway! Well done to Lorraine for completing her Level 1 of Effective Coaching!
