Mr. Jasraj Singh Hallan MP for Calgary Forest Lawn, paid a visit to CSCO this week. We shared the excitement and passion we have for our work with a facility tour showing some of our many fun, social programs. As a caring citizen, who has worked with persons at risk, he understood how we are creating positive outcomes through recreation, music, academics and entrepreneurial approaches which are leading us toward creating a Clubhouse (when Covid restrictions are lifted).

On November 11th, 2020, Typhoon Vamco, better known as Typhoon Ulysses in the Philippines, made landfall . Heavy rains caused by this typhoon have led to catastrophic flooding across many areas of the Philippines including the Cagayan Province. Due to friends and family living in Cagayan, one of our staff members organized a care package to be sent to a local community in the Cagayan province. We received a thank you from our friends in the Philippines and thought we would share this positive message. A Special thank you to Melissa and her family for organizing this care package.
