It’s International Yoga Day, unroll your mat, connect with yourself, find your peace

Good morning all. Just a check in to see how everyone is doing in these uncertain times. Looks like we will be under restrictions for awhile longer. Being technologically challenged I have been avoiding trying to figure out how to do online classes. If anyone needs a copy of the Developing a Home Practice worksheet we did a few months ago or the more recent Neck, Shoulders and Hips worksheet please let me know. During this crazy time taking care of yourself will look different for everyone. Hopefully you are able to take some time on your mat, whether it’s a full on practice, maybe a few restorative poses or simply a few minutes in quiet meditation.
