Another good size bungalow, 4400 square feet of living area.

Just finishing up another large house in harbour landing.

This 3 level home built in 1919 is getting a major overhaul. One set of stairs done and two more to go. This house will receive additions on the front, back and side.

This is the material we received from a local lumber yard today, they didn’t even have the decency to exchange it. Swollen, cuts half way through and mildew all over it. When someone is paying a large sum of money for a new home they shouldn’t receive this junk.

End of January and above zero!

Got into a fairly good argument with a local lumber yard on the quality of there material. This is what they sent me to use in a 600k home, I made them take it right back. It's getting hard to find good quality material.

I am pretty sure the window won't fit with the power in the opening. This is why you should always look at the plan!

This massive 4200 sqft home is located in the Greens. We should have the framing completed by the end of the week if the weather holds out.

The start of another fairly large bungalow in harbour landing, this is on 2 lots.

Just finished up this 2200 sq ft. bungalow before the snow hit.
