CMC Time Trial #2 went down Wednesday July 17 featuring a special guest appearance by local pro / IM champ and friend of the club, Cody Beals. 9 riders came out on a warm, wind free evening trying to beat their personal bests and take part in a post TT Q&A with Mr. Beals. Cody generously shared a ton of tips and a look into the life of a pro with the group. It was very informative and very much appreciated. Wednesday evening was CMC's first TT of 2019 on Alps Road in Cambridge. Under perfect skies, with no measurable wind, 5 riders took on the short but challenging course. Mandy, in the middle of a swim focus averaged 28.1kph over the 10K loop. Ian overcame his decidely non-aero hairstyle, pushing to a 32.5kph average in 18:27. Dropping into the 16's were Giles and his 16:45/35.8 pass and Rob with a 16:25/36.5. Mike, riding on tired legs hammered out a 16:05/37.3 for the quickest ride of the night. A few members headed out for a quick shakedown run immediately after the ride. It was a good night folks. We are already looking forward to the next TT coming up in July!

Four CMCers swam their first Open Water Swim of the year at Shades Mill. The water was calm and a refreshing temp of 65'f.

The 2nd Annul CMC Triathlon Swim Clinic at John Dolson Pool, is this Saturday, May 7th, 2016 The 2nd annual CMC Triathlon Swim Clinic is this Saturday at John Dolson Pool from 7:15pm to 9:15pm. We are happy to have masters swim coach Anthony Streppel join us to put us though a structured workout and offer his training insights for the pool that we can transfer to the open water. There is no cost to members for this event.... Who is swimming?
