This is the Main Street raised flower bed and bench that is costing us all $70K. The number of benches seems a little excessive for that corner. Yet we remain one of the few cities in Canada that still uses open blue boxes and garbage containers, which accounts for a lot of the loose garbage flying around on our streets.
