Sorry about the upside down picture of the shrimp. Not sure what happened . Round 2 for the shrimp tacos. We (my wife and I) tried making the shrimp tacos again tonight for dinner. I had a few suggestions from Kim and I have to say for me they turned out better. The shrimp was done in beer batter. Deep fried to a golden brown. We used a cabbage coleslaw with a cream mixture this time instead of a corn salsa. We used both corn tortillas and regular tortillas. I like the reg...ular way better. And aioli on top. Is there anything you guys would do differently? It would be a great item for a food truck I think .

Hello everyone. I am looking to bring in some Whelk that I have been posting about. I would be giving out free samples and all I ask in return if your honest feedback about the Whelk. To help off set the cost I will also see if I can bring in some snow crab to sell. Right now I am just seeing if there is any interest. This is not definite. Hello everyone. I just wanted to give you all an update for this Christmas. I am planning on doing a sale for this fall/winter but I am not sure of the date. My family suffered a huge blow. My business partner (My dad) had suddenly passed away. So this Christmas I am planning on going back home to Cape Breton. My dad was a big supporter and helped me out a lot. My mother and him were going to spend Christmas with us in Newmarket, and I was hoping that a lot of you could have ...met him. He meant the world to me. So my sales might be end of November or beginning of December, also depending on my work. But I will keep you all updated.
