Dear Yogis, see you tonight at 6:00 PM at the Strive Studio for one hour of stretching, toning and relaxation. One of the poses in our sequence is the Extended Side Angle Pose (Sanskrit name: Utthita Parsvakonasana). This pose relieves stiffness in the shoulders and back, it provides a deep stretch to the groins and hamstrings, and it also improves stamina. This pose strengthens the legs, knees, and ankles, while also stretching and toning the abdominal muscles. See you in class! Namaste!
