Two Camosun students won both college categories at the 2020 ACE-WIL Student of the Year awards! Tanya Fogarty, a Bachelor of Sport and Fitness Leadership stud...ent, won in the Work-Integrated Learning category while Dylan Kaplan, a Bachelor of Business Administration (Human Resources) student, won the Co-op category. This is the twelfth time in 14 years that a Camosun student has won provincial accolades from the Association for Cooperative Education and Work-Integrated Learning BC/Yukon (ACE-WIL). It was established in 2014 by Lyle Makosky to help support the work of the True Sport Foundation (TSF) and the Canadian Centre for Ethics in Sport.... The Centre for Sport & Exercise Education is accepting applications for term part-time Clinical Instructors in the Massage Therapy department program. The Clinical Instructors supervise student placements in our Diploma in Massage Therapy program, a cohort-based program with six consecutive 14-week terms. In addition to the qualifications and capabilities listed below, the successful candidate will have availability for varied hours and may include evenings, and weekends. A v...alid BC driver’s license is required to support clinical instruction activities that may occur at Camosun’s Interurban or Lansdowne campus, or at a community agency outreach placement site.
