GOURMET BURGER SHACK TOMORROW at Lansdowne campus! We have a delicious Burger of the Day on special: Mexican Chicken Burger! Spice-rubbed & grilled chicken breast, avocado-lime aioli, fresh tomato-jalapeno-corn salsa, cheddar cheese, and lettuce on a toasted brioche bun. YUM! Perfect with a Mexican Hot Chocolate :) We will also have prime rib burgers, regular chicken burgers, #glutenfree and #vegan black beans burgers, with all the fixings. KATSU BOWLS this week on the Cuisine Machine! Crispy Japanese-style cutlet (your choice of chicken or pork) with jasmine rice, sesame slaw, and house made tonkatsu sauce. We also have #glutenfree and #plantbased teriyaki tofu bowls on the menu too! We will be bringing our usual assortment of hot & cold beverages, baked goods, sandwiches and wraps as well. Delicious wrapped in soft naan bread with crisp lettuce & cucumber, garlicky tzatziki, tahini sauce and pickled red onion. The Camosun Cuisine Machine will be closed for at least the next two weeks due to concerns over the Covid-19 outbreak. We have deep-cleaned the truck inside and out, and parked it for now. We will update as needed. Stay safe, everyone!
