The latest creation from the Camp Cookhouse is hitting serving boards around the campfire from today. Our Off Road Nachos are topped with black beans, corn and some of that oh so yum smoked bbq pork. Topped that off with some green onions and cilantro and lime crema... ohhh weee! It’s then made even better with our in-house guac, pico de gallo and some super tasty warm queso. Dave has joined forces with Smugglers' Trail Caskworks Ltd. to come up with something special to spice up your silly season.... Using a Belgian yeast along with a variety of special ingredients (bitter orange peel and coriander to name just two), this brew yields both a fascinating flavour and aroma. These select ingredients create a new depth to a bright and hoppy India Pale Ale. Available from both taprooms tomorrow, make sure you grab the latest and greatest collaboration from Camp.
