Campbell Clinic Lethbridge 24.11.2020

A friendly reminder that the Campbell Clinics are still open. Our staff are still hard at work providing patients with quality care. We encourage patients that, should they have any health concerns, you should call us. Appointments are still able to be booked for and the clinic is able to be attended by booked appointments. Please remember to call first! Alternatively, for those who are unable due to self-isolating or that do not want to attend the clinic, you are able to arr...ange for a phone call from the doctor. Due to COVID-19, the clinic hours have changed slightly. From 9 a. m. to 2 p.m., appointments within the clinic will be available. Please give the clinic a call, and one of our receptionists will be happy to assist you! We appreciate your conscious effort to #flattenthecurve by taking precautions to adhere to Social Distancing and practising good hygiene by thoroughly washing your hands. Together, we can make a difference and minimize the spread of the Corona Virus.

Effective immediately, the Northside Campbell Clinic walk-in clinics will become pre-screened booked appointments only. Patients will no longer be permitted to just "walk-in". Patients are now required to call the clinic first BEFORE being seen. When they call, the Northside staff will discuss the patient's concerns and, at this point, determine whether an appointment will be booked or if the patient is to call 8-1-1 for further consultation. This change has come in light of the current situation around the globe and we at the Cambpell Clinic appreciate your patience with this process and thank you for your understanding. As always, we will keep patients updated on any changes to our processes within the clinic.

Due to the outbreak at the Chinook Regional Hospital, there are shortages in staffing. As a result, the lab services offered at Campbell Clinic South will not be available from November 9 to November 13. The Community Lab is still available for the public, but an appointment must be booked prior to going in. You can contact by phone to book an appointment by dialing 1-833-572-0577 or you can book online by visiting www.aplappointments.ca We thank you for your patience with this situation!

Good afternoon! We at the Campbell Clinic hope everyone is doing well during this time! Effective immediately, anyone coming to Campbell Clinic must wear a face covering upon entering the clinic. This can be a homemade mask, a surgical mask, a bandanna, a scarf, an N95 mask, just as an example. This is to prevent people from "speaking moistly" to others. :) With the constant changes and gradual opening of businesses, we encourage everyone to be diligent still with maintaining social distance and practice good hand hygiene.

We would like to thank Dr. Clair Forestell and Dr. John (Jack) Haberman for their years of giving health care to their patients. In December 2019, Dr. Forestell and Dr. Haberman both retired from practice at Campbell Clinic. Those of us at the clinic offer them our sincerest thanks and wish them all the best in their future endeavours! In light of the retirement of these physicians, patients are encouraged to find another family doctor. There are several options throughout th...e Lethbridge area of physicians who are accepting patients, all you need to do is call and book an appointment! To find a list of physicians accepting within the Lethbridge area, please follow the link below: https://tinyurl.com/v79zckd Please stay tuned to hear news of when we find a new physician accepting new patients. As always, we at the Campbell Clinic would like to thank everyone for your patience in this process. The availability of access to appointments at Campbell Clinic South will be evolving. For the time being, we still encourage our patients to call us to check availability for their General Practitioner should they need to book an appointment, or utilize the walk in clinic available at Campbell Clinic North located inside the London Drugs.
