Covid Code Red Status is expanded from November 12 for one month to include all Manitoba. In accordance with the Province's order sports and recreational facili...ties are closed. For horse riders this means no lessons, competitions or clinics. Those who board horses may still attend their facility (at the discretion of the owner/manager) to provide essential services for their horses. MHC is working on clearer definitions for facility owners during this time but we would ask that riders and owners adhere to the spirit of the Order, and reduce social contact to members of their households only. We cannot stress strongly enough that the rules of conduct are mandated by the provincial government and they apply to all, regardless of affiliation. No one should think that because they are not members of MHC, that the rules don’t apply; they do, as they are amendments to the Public Health Act of Manitoba. These requirements may be amended, but will remain in place for as long as the provincial government deems the measures necessary. Please note that provincial guidelines may be amended from time to time and it is the facility/event organizer's responsibility to be aware of any changes. Congratulations to Emily on the sale of Geminli, who has found a new home to be loved by lmany children.

Today I stopped in to see Dori in Red Deer. I was able to show her in their schooling show in the 2'9 Jumpers. It was the first time in the show ring since February, I knocked off the dust and then had a blast! Dori seemed to love the jumper ring as well and loved her Bemer treatment. This mare is for sale and available for trial at Willowdale Equine Centre outside Red Deer, AB.

Bitter sweet to announce the sale of Johnny. I very much enjoyed bringing him along. Wishing him nothing but the best and many cuddles from his new kid! Thanks Elisha for connecting the two.
