It goes without saying that 2020 was a very different year for us all. It was a time of challenges and a year for compromises. But with compromises comes innovation. Despite not hosting summer camp the way we wanted, we were very proud to create, reinvent and accomplish so many amazing things (some of which you are only starting to hear about). You know that unlucky feeling of landing a spot at the very end of the tuck line? That’s what we all felt this year. But it’s excitin...g to know that we’re getting closer and closer to the front of the line and we’ll be ready to indulge in that metaphorical Charleston Chew before you know it! And in 2021, it’ll taste sweeter than ever. Happy New Years Canaqua

‘‘Twas the month before Christmas and all through the lake, videos being filmed in which campers & staff would partake. The selfies were held by their hands with care, singing and dancing in festive swag with their families togeth-err. With Albi all nestled, asleep in a trance, and Scott telling Marty Wow you can really dance! When out on Beaver Lake across from the large spruce, every Canaquian was filming, even the Scuba Moose. And campers from Mexico to Spain to Toronto, on Christmas they watched and all exclaimed HAPPY HOLIDAYS TO ALL AND LET’S WATCH AGAIN PRONTO!
