Be sure to check out this Rotary online auction! :-) You will be supporting the The Coping Centre & Rotary Club of Cambridge (Preston & Hespeler)!
Great job Rotarians!
For students going to Conestoga College next year, be sure to keep this competition in mind.
Wilf Rieck Pitch Day at Conestoga College will be October 28th. Students will pitch their business ideas to our Rotary club members Chad and Jim who will be th...e judges. They both want to be referred to as Mr. Wonderful during the judging. :-) Hosted by the Conestoga Entrepreneurship Collective (CEC), the Virtual Pitch Day @ Conestoga is an annual event featuring pre-seed startups in the Conestoga Venture Lab and finalists from various entrepreneurship programs pitching original business ideas to a panel of judges, an audience of entrepreneurs, business and community leaders, and potential investors. This event is now sponsored through the generosity of Cambridge entrepreneur, Wilf Rieck, who embodied the program's entrepreneurial and community spirit. With the support of the Preston Hespeler Rotary Club, Wilf Rieck has donated a generous gift to the Conestoga Entrepreneurship Collective to provide the prize money for Pitch Day every year. First Prize: $5,000.00 Second Prize: $2,000.00 Third Prize: $1,000.00 Register to attend this virtual event at: https://www.cecfestival.com/pitch-day
Be enterprising and help our one of our Rotary clubs by supporting the Big Give Auction.
