Dear Campers, The Government of Manitoba has released the following phased plan for restoring services in our province! https://www.gov.mb.ca/covid19/restoring/phase-one.html... Happily, Campgrounds will be able to open as of May 4! I'm sure that everyone is itching to get out and enjoy the sunshine already, I know we are! In light of this great news, we here at Camper Dude RV Rentals want to assure our guests that we are still taking things seriously in regard to Covid-19. While the restoration of services is a welcome change to our current reality, we still want everyone to play safe. Please ensure you follow the guidelines put in place by the facilities that you attend. We will be putting measures in place which reflect the guidelines set out by the Province of Manitoba, however these measures are subject to change as the situation unfolds. That said, the following 'business as usual' practices are already in place: - Book online here on Facebook using the 'Book Now' button below, or head on over to www.CamperDude.ca to complete your transaction from the comfort and safety of your living room recliner! - Interior surfaces are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected between rentals - We provide sealed package RV toilet paper FREE! (Please don't bring your regular TP, it's not friendly to the waste disposal systems in trailers and campgrounds) - We can provide contact-less delivery (subject to availability and distance, additional fees apply. Please contact us prior to booking if you require delivery) We are also implementing the following additional measures to keep everyone as safe as possible: - Until further notice, all units will be subject to a 4 day turnaround time between bookings. This means if a camper returns on Sunday evening, the next available day for rental will be Thursday evening. - High traffic surfaces will be disinfected with a hospital grade disinfectant. Please contact us if you have concerns about sensitivities to cleaners so we can discuss alternative products. - We will be limiting 'in trailer' tours/demonstrations to one guest at a time due to the close proximity. We ask that any additional family and friends remain outside the unit, in your vehicle during this time. If possible, limit the number of people that attend when picking up the unit. - Pickup and drop-off times will be scheduled, in order to minimize congestion during these times. - Our rentals usually require a 50% non-refundable deposit to hold the booking. Given the uncertainty of campgrounds and events being operational in the near future, we will either refund your deposit, allow you to move your rental to later in the season (subject to availability), or keep your deposit as a credit for next year... no problem.
