Hope everyone had a very happy holiday season and has started the new year off right. This coming Monday the 16th is "Blue Monday", when people are supposedly most sad in the year due to the weather, stress of the new year, and the financial strain of the holidays. The two best ways to combat this are emotional support and self-care, and realistic, rational thinking. What I mean is, take time to recognize how you are feeling and access the things and people who make you feel better. Then come up with a plan to fix the things that are bringing you down. Make a budget, plan a vacation, take up a winter hobby. :)
