Everyone meet ! This is going to be her 5th year as a councillor!! And this is a little bit about her and what she is looking forward too at Camp this year. What I’m most excited about this year is to once again make memories and reconnect with all of the kind campers and leaders that I have met during the previous years. Though this year will look very different to how camp normally is on Thetis Island, I know that we will still be able make amazing memo...ries! During the school year, I am a French Immersion elementary school teacher. It is tons of fun creating lessons and teaching them in a language that I’m so passionate about. I’m very much looking forward to be teaching a grade 4/5 class come September. Get ready campers! I am positive that this year at Camp Met BC will be one of the best ones yet! See you all in August! ARE YOU READY FOR OUR THEME THIS YEAR!?!... ARE YOU READY TO PUT ON THE ARMOUR OF GOD?!? COVID-19 has changed our lives in ways we never imagined. That is why this year, we must learn to BE STRONG IN THE LORD! "Put on the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil. For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places." We can’t think of a better way to celebrate this CRAZY year than by coming together LOCALLY for a week of FAITH, FRIENDS AND FUN! YEAR 11 will be DAY CAMPS held at the Hellenic Community of Vancouver & neighbouring Quilchena park, with our last day being a fun FIELD TRIP! Our AMAZING team is working out the details and we will be ready to open registration on JULY 6TH! LET’S MAKE YEAR 11 ONE TO REMEMBER!!
