I have talked about the power of music many times on this platform. Putting on music can set the stage for so many things as music is so tied to our emotions. Upbeat funky music for a killer dance party Sing-along-music for an artsy afternoon Or any album by the incredibly humans of Beautiful Chorus... Their albums are like affirmations sung in the most melodic and peaceful way. Meditate to them, play them in the background and watch your day flow with ease. They recently released a lullaby album too that is so so good! Zinnia (my6yo daughter) has been getting these lyrics stuck in her head, and to over hear her singing these lyrics just makes me smile, as she nourishes her soul with positive thoughts...
