We understand how frustrated students are with no curb side pick up. Unfortunately we cannot change that. However we can help make returns easier. For all returns (rental or otherwise). Please find a locked drop box in our lobby. This is only accessible Monday to Friday from 10-5. You MUST bag or wrap your return, include your return receipt or all of your contact information (name, phone and email). Without this we cannot process any regular or rental return.
