We are excited to be able to open our doors again!! There are going to be quite a few changes when you come in. We will be closed Saturdays and stat holidays. Both locations will be open during the week for optical needs, with eye exams available on certain days. Please call in for more information. We ask that all people coming into the store wear a mask. If you do not have a mask, we will have some available for purchase. ... You will be asked to sanitize your hands, don your mask and wait at the entrance until called forward. Please come alone whenever possible and be patient with us as we serve those ahead of you. Please call ahead if possible when coming in for non-exam reasons to allow us to monitor the number of people in our office as well as allow us to have your file and information ready. We request that you do not touch frames in the optical, a staff member will be there to hand them to you. We will be sanitizing frames before they go back on the board, please put tried on frames into the tray provided. You will be allowed to take off your mask once you have selected your frames to try them on, but we request that you stay at one mirror during that time. You will be asked a series of questions before we book you in for an appointment. Please, if you are NOT feeling well, stay home and we would be happy to reschedule you. All surfaces and exam rooms will be cleaned after each use. This does decrease the number of appointments we can accommodate each day. Please be patient, our number one priority is keeping everyone safe! Thank you to everyone for you understanding and patience. We look forward to seeing you all soon!

Dear Visionmasters patients, As you’ve heard, the Alberta government has permitted optometry clinics to re-open as early as Monday, May 4th. This is great news! However before we can welcome you back, we must work through implementing additional safety measures and ensuring we have enough personal protective equipment. As well, our Camrose location will have to wait until Duggan mall is reopen to the public. ... We thank you for your patience while we make sure we are ready to welcome you in a safe environment for everyone. Until we re-open fully, our phone lines are still open for any emergency concerns.
