It’s true, Western Fair Association announced today that it must cancel the 145th Western Fair, scheduled to take place this September 11-20, 2020, until Septem...ber 2021 due to COVID-19 concerns and restrictions. As expected the volume of sales were down 57% from April last year in London. However, the average home price remained steady (approx 448k still year-to-date). We should see sale volume increase again as restrictions are slowly lifted over the next month or so.
