Hello there, Can-Am Membership! It's our Annual General Meeting tomorrow (Thursday, June 25th, 6:00pm) and we're excited to see everyone's face, albeit from your phone, tablet or computer! This post shares some critical information for our Membership as it relates to our AGM, so please read carefully.... 1. AGM Packages were mailed out to our paid members, but as there has been some Canada Post delays due to the COVID-19, please be patient. It should arrive before the AGM, but if you haven't received it, please email [email protected] and we'll forward you the package digitally. 2. Today (Wednesday June 24th) from 6:00pm-7:00pm, we will be doing a "dry run", so please send an email to [email protected] and we will send the zoom meeting link. We understand that some members may not check our social media outlets, so we will be calling all members today. 3. The DRY RUN will be a chance to login to the meeting and make sure that all technical issues are clear so that Thursday's AGM runs smoothly. We will not be taking questions or comments during the DRY RUN. 4. It is essential that members have an email address for this process, as the zoom link for the meeting will only be sent by email and voting for the Board of Directors will be by e-mail. 5.
