A cozy Thursday morning, with much needed focus time. Once upon a time (a few years ago in other words) our founders participated in a course called Strategic Coach based in Toronto. Andrew and Nathalie were coached 4 times a year by Dan Sullivan and Babs Smith- power couple who run the Strategic Coach program. ... There were many great take aways from the program- one that still stands out and sticks today is the concept of: FREE - FOCUS - BUFFER days Organizing your work week or month in chunks of time dedicated to activity that falls into one of these categories. The principal is: FOCUS DAYS are for income generating activity BUFFER DAYS is for paperwork and anything to prepare for income generating activity FREE DAYS are reserved for "you" time to regenerate and keep the creativity going.
