While a lot of the homebrew competitions have been cancelled this year due to the pandemic, it doesn't mean that you can't start planning for one next year! This Thursday, our CHA Speaker Series: Matt Anderson will talk you through the ins and outs of running a homebrew competition! Our monthly educational seminars are free for our members, and the meeting details (and recordings of our previous Speaker Series seminars) is available on the Speaker Series page of our website!

We're so excited to share our lineup for our very first Canadian Homebrewing Summit! It's happening on September 12, 2020, so mark that on your calendars! Just a reminder that our very own CHA Director Kathy Yan Li will be leading a guided malt tea tasting on Saturday for CHA Speaker Series: Kathy Yan Li! If you'd like to join in the discussion, don't forget to prepare your malt teas in advance! If you're using regular coffee filters, the teas might take longer than expected to steep.
