Breaking: Canada has just conducted another large Express Entry Draw inviting 5000 Immigration candidates to apply for permanent residence in Canada. This is the second draw in one week that saw invitation of 5000 candidates. Large draws appear to be in line with the ambition of welcoming 401,000 immigrants in 2021. Canada is also poised to surpass 100,000 ITAs this year, a record! The Express Entry cutoff score for this draw also dipped to 469 and for the first time below 470 in an all-program draw this year. The draw also considered applicants nominated by provinces who get 600 additional points. Canada has held its largest Express Entry Draw ever inviting 5000 immigration candidates to apply for permanent residence in Canada. The size of this draw is an indication that Canada would like to remain on track to fulfil its target of welcoming 401,000 immigrants in 2021. Manitoba has invited 196 more candidates for provincial nomination for permanent residence in Canada in new PNP Draw. Manitoba has invited 4,469 immigration candidates in 2020 so far. This draw saw invitation sent to Skilled Worker in Manitoba, International Education Stream and Skilled Worker Overseas streams.... Skilled Worker in Manitoba candidates were issued 144 Letters of Advice to Apply (LAAs) with minimum of 626 Expression of Interest (EOI) points, Skilled Worker Overseas received 22 LAAs with minimum of 769 EOI and International Education Stream received 30 LAAs with no requirement of EOI. 40 candidates had active profiles in Express Entry Pool. These candidates will be awarded 600 additional Comprehensive Ranking (CRS) Points points and will effectively be guaranteed an Invitation to Apply (ITA) in next Express Entry Draw, if approved. Saskatchewan invited 551 immigration candidates to apply for provincial nomination for permanent residence in Canada in new PNP draw. Candidates were invited in the Express Entry and Occupation in Demand subcategories. 214 Applicants were invited in Express Entry subcategory. These are the candidates who had an active Federal Express Entry profile and had created an Expression of Interest (EOI) with Saskatchewan. Applicants needed minimum of 78 points for consideration and... experience in one of 56 occupations. These candidates will be awarded 600 additional Comprehensive Ranking (CRS) Points points and will effectively be guaranteed an Invitation to Apply (ITA) in next Express Entry Draw, if approved. 337 candidates were invited in the Occupation in Demand subcategory. These candidates didn’t require to have an Express Entry Profile.
