The early feedback for Emotional Healing and Anxiety Relief meditations is very encouraging. Some students noted how relaxed they felt, how much better they felt, and all identify their experience as "really enjoyable". One student found the length a challenge - 22 min. and those who were interrupted during their session, indicated they needed to do it again when they had more time.
