We want to give a special shout out to our awesome friends at Osborne Academy of Acrobatics. Located in Pickering, ON, OAA offer both competitive and recreational classes in trampoline, tumbling, aerials and gymnastics. The crew at OAA are regulars at CAC with a team coming to Trampoline Camp at the end of every summer, as well as many of their athletes attending regular summer camp. Our FINAL week of Specialty Spotlight goes to our brand NEW option for 16 year old campers. Our Leadership One course is the first step in CAC's Youth Leadership Journey. It is a two week course (length of one session) and we recommend it as an add on to your regular camp stay. Those completing the L1 will spend half their day doing the course and the rest of their day doing regular camp activities. Most importantly, it is a prerequiste for Leadership Two the following summ...er which means if you ever wanted to do the (now replaced) LIT program you will now have to complete the Leadership One course as a 16 year old camper. Whos joining us for the Leadership One course this summer?!
Our fourth edition of Specialty Spotlight is all about reaching new heights and our Aerials program! The aerials program continues to grow every year and is firm favourite for all campers at CAC. We have both Silks and Hoops along with the most talented & dedicated coaches around to make an exciting specialty program. ... Every year we are amazed at what our aerialists can do and we love seeing their performances on Visitor's Day!
