Registration information for the Viking Equine Outriders (Light Horse 4H Club) The Viking Equine Outriders 4H club offer a variety of horse projects, even the Green Certificate progeram for 16 credits with the High School, where they can double dip for their 4H diaries and scholarships! We have young horse projects, training, English (Dressage and Jumping), Western (Performance, Reining, Show), Driving, Mounted Archery, Speed, Drill and we also have riding lessons with an E...quine Canada Competition Coach Specialist in Performance, Reining and Speed and English. So for those that wish to get their rider levels, Instructor of Beginners or Coaching Certification, this is a great place to start! When it is cold in the winter we have winter horse projects or various crafts. Age 9-21 Cost: $125. for the year Meetings monthly, riding weekly in Viking Horses can be owned, leased, borrowed or the person may sign up for lessons here and use our horses, walk over and ride in the town of Viking! If you need help to borrow, buy or lease (and also need the proper lease authorization forms for 4H) please contact me and I can help you to safely arrange for a horse and help ensure the horse will be adequate for the program. I am also a certified equine appraiser. We are also looking for volunteer helpers and leaders with our program. We will be holding a Working Equitation Riding Clinic and Schooling Show with Deb Erickson, September 19 and 20th at the Cloverlodge Stampede Grounds in the town of Viking, which is free to watch or $150. plus GST to come and participate in.
