How to create an effective line of business? Walk into any organization, look in a corner, you can see a group of people huddled in a debate, in other corner other people in negotiation with customers from around the world, and all are in a quick move and in rush. This picture gives you a snapshot of the company’s actions and workflow. Ask for the processes of these actions and how it is organized, they will provide you the organization chart which shows the name of managers ...and titles, but little about the products, processes, and line of business. In today business, organizations must develop the organization chart and replace it with another approach called Organigraphs Organigraphs have been able to demonstrate how a place works, depicting critical interactions among people, products, and information. Moreover, executives have used their organography to stimulate conversations about how best to manage their operations and which strategic options make the most sense, much as hikers use maps to investigate possible routes.

The Canadian Development Center for Immigrants. Our Story. Today I would like to tell the story about how we were inspired and decided to create our educational programs to serve the exponentially growing global students base and newcomers to Canada. Equal Chances for Education (ECE) and Equal Chances for work (ECW) have been a trending topic for more than a decade ago, but only few people took action to make "ECE" and ECW really happen. Also, it was a challenge for newcome...rs to Canada to get the Canadian experience to integrate them into the society and improve their quality of life. That was our "AHA MOMENT", the moment that initiated the birth of the Canadian Development Center for immigrants. This moment was when we decided to unleash the 3F Program (Fight for Function), to provide business and management education which is accessible for the entire world and not just for the newcomers to Canada. We decided to solve a big gap in education and job hunting by serving our clients with innovative, affordable, online, offline, and non-bureaucratic education programs. Therefore, our objective is to create a positive social change by providing everyone from all corners around the globe the know-how skills, where everyone can get equal chances and a Level Playing Field in national and international competitive job markets.
