Как я вчера писал в посте, что мы гарантировано ожидаем снижение процента от Bank of Canada - сегодня это произошло. Это хорошая новость для людей, у которых пл...авающий процент. Произошло не просто снижение на 0,25%, а процент упал на 0,5%. Теперь все возвращается в привычное русло, так как обычно плавающий процент ниже закрытого, ведь у него есть риск роста. В последнее время было наоборот: закрытый процент был дешевле плавающего, и это не обычная ситуация. Как бы там ни было, после таких изменений нужно подождать реакцию от банков. При поднятии процентов от Bank of Canada, они реагируют в этот же день и ставят процент выше основываясь на цифре изменений. В случае снижения процентов, банки не сильно торопятся и не всегда снижают до той цифры на которую снижает Центральный банк. Кроме того, банки дают скидку на prime rate (до сегодня prime rate был 3.95%) и на него банки давали скидку больше одного процента. Например, 3.95 (prime rate) -1.1% (discount) =2.85%. Эта ситуация была до сегодняшнего дня. В ситуации роста процентов банки хотят заработать. Возможно они сократят эту скидку (discount) . Буду держать вас в курсе всех событий!
