The mRNA codes of the Pfizer and Moderna vaccines were published: Reverse-engineering the droplets left in used vials, the researchers from the departments of pathology, genetics, pediatrics, and medicine, Stanford University School of Medicine and Veteran Affairs Palo Alto Medical Center published the mRNA sequences of the Pfizer and Moderna Covid-19 vaccines on March 23, 2021. Here is the link to it: https://github.com//Assemblies%20of%20putative%20SARS-CoV2... These sequences may not make sense to many, but they surely excite us. Some sequences from the ends of the mRNAs may be missing from the assembled codes. In the sequences: A = Adenine C = Cytosine G = Guanine T = Thymine The genetic code consists of successive "triplets" of bases (A, C, G, T), and each three successive bases is called a "codon", which corresponds to a specific amino acid. The codons in the orange-colored region encode the "spike protein" of SARS-CoV2 the protein against which the body will produce antibodies. Here is the translation of the first 3 codons in the orange-colored region: AAC (codon 1).........asparagine CTG (codon 2).........leucine ACC (codon 3).........threonine ....and if you continue translating all until the end, you will know all amino acids of the "Spike protein". Lymphopenia (low counts of lymphocytes) in COVID-19 patients is an ominous sign and associated with a poor prognosis. According to Textbooks of Infectious Diseases, vitamin A can enhance both total lymphocyte numbers and IgG antibody production. Therefore, it is wise to give vitamin A to COVID-19 patients upon hospitalization. ... www.caasn.com #VitaminA #Lymphopenia See more

Medicine and particularly exercise physiology are highly dynamic and constantly evolving. They are moving forward at an astonishingly fast pace, affecting every aspect of human health. One of the ways to develop skills and improve knowledge is to stay updated with the current trends and recent findings. I just got the latest edition of Exercise Physiology and will have fun reading 1007 pages within the next 2-3 months. Abazar Habibinia, MD...
