Two years ago, CASP announced its commission of a new set of songs for soprano and piano to be composed by award-winning composer Afarin Mansouri for soprano Miriam Khalil. We're thrilled that this coming Sunday (March 21) at 1pm, Miriam will perform, with pianist Carolyn Maule, the world première of Afarin's "Asheghaneha" at Mazzoleni Concert Hall! The concert, which also includes Beethoven's "An die ferne Gebliete" performed by baritone Russell Braun, will be livestreamed... broadcast online for ticketholders.
