The CBCA website is down and the tech people tell me it will down for a couple of days. Email associated with it is also down. Contact me by phone or pm if urgent.
With extreme regret, we are pulling the plug on the Kingston trials. The logistics were getting impossible. We had resigned to no spectators, (sorry wonderful,... loyal spectators). A Covid catastrophe in the US is likely to keep the Canada/ US border closed. No crowd guidance updates from the province, have been forthcoming, but unlikely to exceed 50 by then anyway. Getting the judges here safely on a six hour flight. Managing the sheep without Sandra Massie. Too many strikes against it. But we are on for 2021 if you can bear with us. See more
CBCA president Bob Stephens has announced that the members of Canada's World Trial team are: 1. Dennis Gellings, two dogs (Canadian Champion and Reserve, 2019), 2. Scott Glen, two dogs (USBCHA Champion), and... 3. Amanda Milliken, one dog (USBCHA high points). These are the top three ranked handlers according to the CBCA selection process, posted earlier to this list. The ISDS has designated five places (ie five dogs) to the Canadian team. - Tara Dier, CBCA Secretary
The ISDS has confirmed that Canada has been allocated 5 places at the World Trial, two dogs each.
