To try to make this a bit more clearer. Strength Sensei Legacy. (Run by Carlos, Karin, Scott, Patrick) were ordered to stop using Charles Poliquins Strength Sensei name, logo, course material etc. As that property belongs to his only child Krystal. Carlos, Karin, Scott and Patrick shut down the FB page, Instagram, YouTube channels under that above name and will now build a new company under a new name while still using everything Charles designed most likely. Krystal and her team are working tirelessly to ensure that Charles legacy lives on.

Yesterday was an other great day at the Strength Sensei Mentorship Seminar. Eric Falstrault talked about training for combative sport and took all the attendees through a sample workout. Francine Savard presented on Vitality and the power of positive self talk and the importance of surrounding yourself with bucket filler (like Charles would say) and much more. Today is the last day of the Seminar. This morning we will have Heather Pearson presenting on her method to app...roach back pain and how to address and fix the issues. This afternoon will be Jance Footit talking about Strength Training Trends around the world. Two great speakers and I am looking forward to hear both of those presentation.

FANTASTIC first day for the Real Strength Sensei Mentorship Seminar. John Connor, Ryan Faehnle and myself presented today. John and Ryan both gave great educational knowledge on how to cut weight for combative sport (John) and how to rehab and fix your shoulders properly using well tested methods. It was great for me to be able to teach with those two guys again. Tomorrow we will have Eric Falstrault on how to train for combative sport and Francine Savard on Nutrition and t...raining. We will finish the day with a round table with the all presenters. Looking forward to tomorrow
