We are a non-profit organization dedicated to promoting the welfare of animals raised for food in Canada through public education, legislative change and consumer choice. While we enthusiastically advocate the benefits of plant-based eating, we are not an abolitionist organization; we believe that in order to help the hundreds of millions of animals raised in modern farming systems, we need to work within those systems and try to change them.
