TODAY ON THE SHOW! The BC Supreme Court ignores the Minister of Public Safety and Solicitor General, Mike Farnworth's Order M425, which exempts everyone from ...wearing masks in BC courtrooms. Thankfully, Minister Farnworth, knows that many people sit for hours in a quiet courtroom as their case is heard and there is no reason to mask them, especially when the only people speaking are the judge, the lawyers and potential witnesses (with no masks on). When the lawyer for the Attorney General of BC in AB v. CD. case, made an issue yesterday of two people, in the huge courtroom, who were not wearing a mask, the judge said, "In my courtroom, you will wear a mask or leave." He wasn't wearing a mask. He's better than us I guess. Below you will see how the BC Supreme Court does not care if Public Safety and Solicitor General, Mike Farnworth's Order M425 reasonably says you don't have to wear one, the Court basically says ~~ we don't give a rip. The Court put out their OWN RULES (see below) on the same day as Farnworth's Order which states that you HAVE TO WEAR A MASK IN COURT UNLESS YOU HAVE AN EXEMPTION. But, but, but my friends have a medical exemption. HERE IS WHERE IT GETS REALLY BAD. The lawyer for the Attorney General of BC --who wants to put a father in jail for 5 years over his divulgence of information on how doctors and the courts of BC conspired to allow his 14 year old daughter to transition to a different gender without his parental rights respected -- The BC Attorney General lawyer felt it was important to point out to the Justice the two women in the courtroom who are medically exempt from wearing a mask and making an issue of it as he stood and spoke with no mask on. No exemptions are allowed in Justice Tammen's courtroom. NONE! It didn't matter that a woman got up and actually humbly divulged her exact private, serious medical condition to the entire courtroom to plead with the judge for appropriate leniency. NOPE! Her disability didn't matter to the judge. After the ladies had no choice, but to leave the courtroom, I also left of my own accord. We went for lunch and shockingly my other friend, who was actually wearing a mask in the courtroom ~~ in order to comply, to be respectful, to avoid a problem, to be polite, non-confrontational, to be kind and considerate of others feelings... had a medical emergency and asthmatic attack ~~ so bad that she couldn't breathe and the paramedics were called. I'm sure you've seen the video... she is ok now. Earl's was amazing and the emergency guys were great, except for when Angelina was told to put her mask back on after the oxygen mask was taken off. When I attended the courthouse with the documents to ensure that the honourable Justice understood what had actually been mandated by the BC Health officials so that no further harm would come to innocent attendees, I was told that all of us were banned from returning to the courtroom that day by the judge. Isn't that fascinating? Personally, I wore a mask. I complied. I didn't say a word. And the Sheriffs said they were told we were not allowed back in that day. It does appear that the BC Courts don't care one millabit what Mike Farnworth has to say ~~ they just write their own rules and then they still don't follow them. They do not give two hoots about those with disabilities who can't wear a mask. If you've got a court case you are required to attend in the next two to three years where you will be forced to wear masks, vaccine or not, you will not be respected. They will not be kind to you or understanding. It won't matter that under 200 people outside of Long Term Care Homes have died in all of Canada from CV-19 this year as seen on (CTV report on November 15th https://www.bitchute.com/video/Po1qqevifBT4/). No, they will demand that you compromise your health in order to get your day in court. AND these are the people we expect to operate with justice, fairness and common sense.
