Indigenous Circle of Experts ICE Core

On April 21, 2019 a ceremony was held at Cìsaqis to celebrate the 35 year anniversary of the written declaration of Wah'nah'juss Hilth'hoo'iss - Meares Island Tribal Park. According to iisaak (the Tla-o-qui-aht law of respect), the duty to protect the land was upheld in 1984. Tla-o-qui-aht Tribal Parks have attracted millions of visitors for their natural and cultural values, and benefit humanity collectively.

3 years ago, we were part of a powerful ceremony that brought together our Nation in a spiritual way and emphasized our collective responsibilities! Here's to continuing our work!

The Cree homeland includes parts of Manitoba, Ontario, Saskatchewan, Alberta, Quebec and Montana.
