I've been shooting continually on another project that I'm currently working on, it's sitting at around 21hrs of data now and hope to collect another 10-15hrs in the coming nights... but before it becomes visible from my location and after it disappears I've been sneaking in a few other really quick shots, which I will definitely come back to and get more data on. Last night was finally a clear night, with no moon. I have been thinking about and planning a shot to capture the Orion Molecular Cloud Complex, which is a large cloud of gases surround the Orion Nebula and the Horsehead nebula. This is NOT the finished product but rather just 1hr 36mins of exposure time. When completed I'm expecting to end up with 20-40 hours of exposure time on this image. I was really excited to see the cloud complex starting to reveal itself even with just a short exposure time.
