Great to see Pleasure-Way Industries and Truma North America get together to build a better RV! "Pleasure-Way Industries prides itself on providing our owners with well-designed, well-built, and well- equipped small motorhomes. Our early adoption and continued use of Truma’s premier heating solutions are vital to meeting that goal" said Pleasure-Way President Dean Rumpel. https://bit.ly/3tzUoPb #vanlife #comfort #rvlife

CCRVC had the opportunity to present to the Conservative Tourism Recovery Caucus Advisory Committee this morning, discussing the RV/camping sector and its impac...t on Tourism and the Canadian economy alongside Recreation Vehicle Dealers Association of Canada and Camping In Ontario. On behalf of our members we requested industry focused supports at the Federal level that will bolster efforts to achieve economic recovery. With record demand for campsites and a large influx of new RV campers, the Camping/RVing industry is uniquely positioned to be one of the first steps to Tourism Recovery in Canada. We wish to thank long time supporter Blake Richards and Tony Baldinelli, M.P. for the invitation to present to the committee, and for the time and support of everyone on todays call! #advocacy #membersupport #tourismrecovery #tourismcanada

The rise in remote work prompted by the pandemic, combined with cabin fever caused by stay-at-home orders, had led many to take up a work from anywhere lifestyle that they may never have considered before. #workstationwhereyouparkit #mobileoffice
The Canadian RV and Camping Industry is doing our best to offer alternative accommodations for our consumers should the border remain closed after camping season ends.
"Subject to ratification of our 2020 agreement with Unifor, General Motors plans to bring pickup production back to the Oshawa assembly plant while making additional investments at the St. Catharines propulsion plant and Woodstock parts distribution centre," GM Canada president Scott Bell told CBC News in a statement. This is tremendous news for Oshawa and regions surrounding the area. https://bit.ly/3mZPTdv
The RV industry has seen strong consumer growth over the past 10 years but the recent soar in consumer interest in RVing driven by the Covid-19 pandemic will see a marked increase in RV shipments to meet the incredibly strong order activity at the retail level for the next few years. https://bit.ly/3kIwmwP

What happened on September 11, 2001 not only changed the way we travel but the way we live. Our thoughts and prayers are with all of those families who lost a loved one that tragic day. #neverforget
With cross-border and international travel a dicey prospect (or outright impossible), getting behind the wheel of an RV fulfills two essential elements of a pandemic vacationthe wonder of the open road, and the safety to physically distance, as much as you like.
