We've all seen increase use on our trails since the pandemic started. Planning around the importance of trails has started to shift with municipalities as they look to plan more greenspace and trails. Hopefully this is the renaissance for trails in Canada!

We have all seen an increase of use on our trails this year as people find ways to incorporate nature, recreation and escape from the covid restrictions. This is a great time for trails as people value them in ways they haven’t before. We strongly recommend trail organizations start planning projects for when stimulious funding starts to roll out. Always good to have shovel ready projects to capitalize on when funding is announced. #canadiantrails #shovelready #covidtrailuse #localgreenspace #supporttrails

All users have equipment and all clubs invest in their sport and recreation. This has to be one of the largest self investments in trails by users, impacting the economy and the quality of snowmobile experience in Ontario. Ontario Trails encourages everyone to safely and responsibly try trails and try snowmobiling this season, says Patrick Connor OTC CEO. OFSC issued the following release this morning. $3.8 million is being invested in pre-season grooming investments. https://www.ofsc.on.ca//ofsc-invests-in-groomers-for-bett/
