This makes a delicious easy drinking Old Fashioned with a bit of a kick to it from the cold brew! Jameson Cold-Fashioned:... 2 oz Jameson Cold Brew 1/4oz simple syrup (1:1 sugar to water, fully dissolved) 2 dash Angostura bitters 2 dash Chocolate bitters, Fee Bros Aztec work great Bring all together and stir well until chilled and fully diluted (approx 30sec). Pour over fresh ice and enjoy. I learned what we call bartender theatre in the biz from years behind the bar working with amazing people and watching them interact and share their craft in unique ways. My favourite part of the job was connecting and sharing stories with guests which I carried into my work today. My last, (and favourite) cocktail from my What the heck do I do with these Kahlúa Flavours series and it’s a doozie. The spice in @kahlua Chili Chocolate liquor is not shy! It packs some serous heat and is a perfect ingredient to spice up a Collins. If you like’a’da’spice add more! 11.5oz Jameson Cold Brew 20.5oz Kahlúa liquor... 32.5oz Cold Brew coffee, I stock delicious and dependable JJBean 42 dash of Chocolate Bitters Shake and DB strain over fresh ice.
