Manitoba just announced their latest Expression of Interest draw on November 5th in which 205 candidates were invited to apply for provincial nominations for permanent residence. A total 166 Manitoba Skilled Workers (with minimum scores of 461), 23 applicants through their International Education Steam and 16 Overseas Skilled Workers (with minimum scores of 708) who submitted an Expression of Interest (EOI) were sent a Letter of Advice to Apply (LAAs). Applicants who were sen...t an LAA must meet all the requirements which may include a full-time job offer from a Manitoba employer or have graduated from a Manitoba institute with in-demand skill.
