Feeling grateful to be where we are, to have such wonderful patients, and to be part of such an amazing community here in the heart of the Canary District. Happy holidays, from your not-so-scary neighbourhood dental clinic.

Hi everyone, my name is Komal Lamba and I am the owner of a small family run business in Toronto called Canary Dental. As you may know, Toronto is under it’s second lockdown of the year. In the first lockdown, most dental offices were closed. This time, we are lucky enough to remain open with a limited capacity, however; a lot of our neighbours are not open. Local businesses are struggling, and if a business is struggling, this means families are struggling as well. That is w...hy at Canary Dental we want to give back and support our vibrant community. We would like to give all of our patients the opportunity fill out a ballot when you come in for your appointment to win an gift, experience, or prize from a highlighted local business. We will be choosing a new local business to support every month while we remain on lockdown. We are hoping that you will enjoy this gift from Canary Dental, and continue to support that local business going forward. With Christmas around the corner, and shopping for gifts in mind, please consider supporting local businesses rather then big box stores. Take a stroll through the distillery district, or Canary District, and take advantage of small business curb-side pick up. We know that times are hard for everyone right now, but we strongly believe in the strength of our community when we all come together. From our family to yours, we wish you the best of health. I look forward to seeing you soon!

Our Oral Care Waste and Packaging Box from @terracycleca is here! Feel free to drop-by and dispose of any brand toothpaste tubes and caps, toothbrushes, toothbrush and toothpaste tube outer packaging and floss containers. What happens to your recyclables?... The collected waste is mechanically, and hand separated into fibres (like wood and coated paper), plastics and other materials. The resulting fibres will be hydro pulped to separate coatings (like wax and plastics). The separated fibre will be recycled into new paper products or composted if recycling is not possible. The resulting plastics will be recycled into plastic polymers. Flexible and rigid plastics undergo extrusion and pelletization to be moulded into various recycled plastic products. . . . . . #toronto #torontocanada #torontodentist #torontodentistry #corktowntoronto #corktown #distillerydistrict #canarydistrict #canarydistricttoronto #dentalclinic #torontolife #dentistry #dental #dentist #cosmeticdentistry #dentistryworld #dentistrylife #oralhealth #smilemakeover #familydentist #oralhealth #terracycle #recycling #terracyclecanada #recycle #recyclingprogram #wastefree #oralcarewaste #zerowastebox

As you have heard, Toronto will be going into lockdown effective Monday, November 23rd. Please note that we will remain open to see patients. We will also continue to keep our community safe. To ensure the safety of both our patients and staff and to do our part in limiting the spread of COVID-19, we will continue to implement several initiatives at Canary Dental: Health checks for Covid-19 before visit and on arrival... Increased disinfection standards HEPA filter air purifiers Plexiglass barriers Enhanced PPE See more
