I wanted to share this really thoughtful and warm story! Earlier today, A very polite and nice lady walked in to my store, we chatted and I introduced some of the products. She asked a few questions; I answered. Then left her to browse. A few moments later she left; I kept busy with my things and didn't think anything of it. ... She came back about an hour ago!! She walked right to the display where Stones with Kanji engraved on it and bought 2 of them. Then she took a pot of flower out from her handbag and trying to add one of the stones to it. Unfortunately it didn't fit and says "it seems like a good idea". Guess what happen next!? She picked up the stone laid it in front of the pot, says "there, how is that?" I replied " that looks OK". She picked them up and GIVE THEM to me, "For you" she said!! This is one of the most thoughtful things happened to me!! THANK YOU!! I am so sorry I was shocked and didn't remember to ask your name! We were practically strangers and this is such a nice and thoughtful gesture. It truly did my heart good!! See.
