Update on potential COVID-19 vaccines: Today, we announced an investment of more than $200 million in made-in-Canada vaccines. We’re providing support to Medica...go to help them advance their vaccine candidate and create a production facility in Quebec City. And we’ve reached an agreement with them to reserve up to 76 million doses of their vaccine. We’re also investing in Vancouver-based Precision Nanosystems, who are making progress with a potential vaccine. This investment will help them with its development and testing. And we’ll provide funding to the National Research Council of Canada to help advance six other vaccine candidates in various stages of clinical trials. From Dartmouth to Burnaby, researchers across the country are doing great work and bringing us closer to finding an effective vaccine. And we’ll continue to support them as we work to keep Canadians safe. For more on the investments we announced today, click here:
