Happy Monday! (I almost said Sunday ) Anyone else feeling those ‘what day is it?’ Vibes? Here’s a little peek at my current WIP. I set my two *almost finished* sweaters aside to power through this project. I can’t wait to pick them up again and WEAR them! ... Spring vibes I am here for this gorgeous, sunny weather the #yeg area has been enjoying the last couple days. I’ve been slowly working on a few bigger projects & of course some scrappy toques! I think I will have a nice collection of one-of-a-kind toques ready for Fall 2021. ... Hands up if you LOVE the idea of owning a unique to you item It’s one of the biggest reasons I love to buy handmade & local!!! P.S I love this notebook that was gifted to me from a student. Gingerbread sweater update: Still waiting for yarn to arrive so I can finish the last sleeve + bottom ribbing. But it’s pretty. And I can’t wait to wear it....probably in the fall ... I’m being melodramatic, I live in Alberta, the land of Sweater Weather in all seasons. Except that one week in August when it’s over 30’ C for a few consecutive days and everyone prices out air conditioning big never actually installs it because it would really only run for 5 days out of 365

Hello March! What am I most looking forward to this Month? Making sweaters! I’ve got two partially finished sweaters & plans for another one. ... The yarn pictured here is the color palette for the next sweater I’ll be casting on. (That’s knit terminology but whatevs ) What are YOU looking forward to this month?!

Working on something for ME I’m making the #gingerbreadsweater by @crochetfoundry The sweater has 4 colors in it, any guesses what I picked for the other 2?... I am using @wecrochetofficial Swish worsted yarn....it’s so soft and smooshy....I’ve maybe smooshed it to my cheek several times while working on the sweater
