The Candora Society is launching new early childhood and parent/caregiver programs as part of Alberta’s Family Resource Network. And we want to know what you would like to see. This past weekend we hosted the Beverly Clean Up event alongside our partners Crosspoint Church and Beverly Business Association We had 130 volunteers help to clean up the Beverly, Abbottsfield, Rundle, and Beacon Heights neighborhoods. Thank you to everyone who came and contributed and to our supporting businesses Riverview Crossing Mall, Boston Pizza Beverly and Italian Bakery Edmonton. We look forward to doing it again next year!

We are super excited to be partnering with Crosspoint Church and the Beverly Business Association to host a Beverly Community Clean-Up event this upcoming weekend, June 13-14. If you are looking for something to do this weekend, we would love to see you, your family, and your neighbors to come lend a hand picking up litter so we can make our Community as beautiful as we know it can be. We’ve come to the end of the of Lucas and Amanda’s May biking adventure. AMANDA WON! Amanda biked three more days than Lucas in the last week for the WIN! Both had GREAT FUN during the month, and THEY WANT TO THANK ALL OF THEIR SUPPORTERS FOR CHEERING THEM ON. We would still love to see everyone’s physical activity around your beautiful community, whether it be biking, running, sports, etc. post some pictures and tag us! As of May 14, there are a few Beverly Businesses that have joined phase 1 of Alberta's re-launch strategy! Take 5 Cafe Boston Pizza Beverly Jay Bee's Diner... Old Beverly Cafe In & Out Riverview Crossing Food Court Healthy or Not Ma Ma Donair These restaurants are open dining at 50% capacity. Many shops are proceeding with take-out or curbside pick up for the foreseeable future. We will continue to keep you updated as folks launch their opening plans! Support local during this crazy time!
