Finally! Today the work on the first house to be built in Canim Lake View Estates has started. They dug out the foundation and will poor concrete soon. we are excited to see this finally happening. The well was already drilled last year, with 15 Gallon per minute in 165 feet., which is pretty good.

The first well has been drilled and proven very well and sufficient. At 165 Feet we got 15 Gallon per minute of nice clear water. That is not very deep and affordable and supplies your future home in this subdivision with clean, clear natural water. The first house will also be build on this Lot in 2019. this is good news.

Canim Lake View Estates Winter Impressions can now be seen out of the eagle view. Robert made a new Drone Video from the North Shore of Canim Lake which also shows the whole subdivision area as a winter wonder world. The first houses will be built in 2018 and then the road will be plowed by Interior Roads. Enjoy the flight over Canim Lake View Estates after the snow storm.
